The all-new Mercedes-Benz VLE is now available to order with all-wheel drive, new entry-level variants and even more options for personalisation

Mercedes-Benz is expanding the range of options for its new Grand Limousine, the electric VLE, with immediate effect. The model range is being expanded to include more options for customisation and a high-performance all-wheel-drive variant. Additional trim levels offer even more choice for first-time buyers. With a choice of up to eight seats and a wide range of comfort options, customers can tailor the VLE even more precisely to their personal requirements.

Top-of-the-range engine with 310 kW and all-wheel drive 

The 310 kW VLE 400 4MATIC electric is the most powerful version in the range. Its battery, with a usable capacity of 115 kWh, offers a range of up to 654 kilometres (WLTP)⁷. With an additional high-performance electric motor on the rear axle, it has acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6.5 seconds.
 
Four-wheel drive improves traction and handling, particularly in challenging road and weather conditions. This expands the VLE’s range of applications – for example, whilst travelling, in everyday life or in professional shuttle services – thereby underlining the VLE’s commitment to meet the most diverse customer requirements to the highest standard. 

Towing capacity of up to 2.5 tonnes: Pull heavy loads with ease on any adventure

The VLE 400 4MATIC can tow up to 2.5 tonnes. This makes it ideal as a towing vehicle for caravans, boat trailers and horse trailers. The 100-kilogramne towbar load makes it possible to transport e-bikes on a suitable carrier. The ESP® trailer stabilisation system and the Trailer Manoeuvring Assist help to make handling the VLE with a trailer easier and safer.
The base price for the VLE 400 4MATIC with six seats starts at 66,310.08 euros excluding VAT¹ / 78,909 euros including VAT². The monthly lease payment starts at 649.30 euros excluding VAT⁸ / 772.67 euros including VAT⁹. The starting price for the five-seater version is 65,926.08 euros excluding VAT¹ / 78,452.04 euros including VAT², with a leasing instalment starting at 645.54 euros excluding VAT⁸ / 768.19 euros including VAT⁹. 

More options for personalisation

An additional equipment package is available for the VLE. The ADVANCED package rounds off the VLE’s configuration options, bringing the total to four equipment packages, and offers optional extras to complement the standard specification, including black, high-gloss turned 19-inch alloy wheels and shaded rear windows. With standard equipment the VLE 300 electric is now available as a five-seater from 59,441.50 euros excluding VAT¹ / 70,735.39 euros including VAT². The base price for the six-seater version starts at 59,821.50 euros excluding VAT¹ / 71,187.59 euros including VAT².

New configuration options offer even more choice for first-time buyers

Other features that were previously compulsory are now available as optional extras, making the VLE an even more attractive entry-level model and offering new configuration options to suit individual requirements. In addition to the AIRMATIC air suspension, the comfort suspension, for example, will also be available in future. AC charging at up to 11 kW is now also an option.
